How do I apply for open positions?

To begin your career search at OCBF, click here to review resume-writing and job interview tips. Candidates must submit a resume, cover letter, and salary history in order to be considered for any open positions. Resumes may be submitted online, via fax or mail.

Am I required to be a member at OCBF?

We believe that church membership is vitally important for every Christian. Non-OCBF members are not prohibited from seeking employment or accepting employment with OCBF, but it is our desire that all employees are willing to become members at OCBF.

However, some positions do require OCBF membership. This is dependent upon the scope and nature of the position. Please note that all positions requiring OCBF church membership are specified accordingly on the Career Search webpage within the job descriptions.

How can I check the status of my resume submission?

Due to the large volume of resumes received, only the candidates selected for the interview process will be contacted.

How long will my resume remain on file?

Resumes remain on file for 1 year.

What is the application process?

In order to be considered for an open position, candidates must follow all of the steps detailed on the How To Apply page. The applicant selection and interview process begins after received resumes are reviewed. Due to the large volume of resumes received, only the candidates selected for the interview process will be contacted.
