Frequently Asked Questions
If you have additional questions, please let us know.
Kingdom Everywhere is a catalytic Sunday towards building Kingdom Community amongst our members where they live. Kingdom Community hosts can invite their neighbors, friends, family and members from their area to view our service online together in their home or a place of their choosing. Afterward, they discuss the message and share a meal following the Acts 2 model of fellowship.
Kingdom Communities are groups of 8–12 members who meet regularly for Bible study in their neighboring zip code. Kingdom Community Leaders use an OCBF study guide to facilitate the studies.
Gatherings are zip code/city-specific events where multiple Kingdom Communities come together for worship, word, wisdom, fun, connection, or community work.
Kingdom Pastors are men and women in ministry at OCBF responsible for regional oversight. They oversee and disciple Kingdom Coaches.
Kingdom Community Leaders are trained group leaders who guide regular Bible study sessions in their home or designated location.
Kingdom Community Coaches are trained leaders, who provide support and oversight to Kingdom Community Leaders.
A Kingdom Community Host is an approved OCBF member who welcomes friends, family and neighbors on Kingdom Everywhere Sunday. A host may also choose to engage in a 4-week preview period. Hosts create a hospitable environment for fellowship and discipleship.
Hosts must:
- Be members in good standing
- Attend an orientation session
- Complete a background check
Hosts are encouraged to invite friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. Fellow members within a host’s zip code radius may also select that host to request participation. The goal is to create a welcoming space for both members and new connections.
The first official Kingdom Everywhere Sunday is scheduled for March 29, 2026.

Yes! After Kingdom Everywhere Sunday, there will be a Host Preview opportunity where you can select a time to host a Kingdom Community group for four weeks. This allows you to experience ongoing discipleship in a smaller setting before making a long-term commitment as a Kingdom Community Leader.
