15 Minutes Abs
These popular classes are non-stop, no-holds-barred crunch and re-crunch sessions designed to help you obtain your fitness goals. Abdominal strength is proven to improve balance and stability as well as your posture, not to mention helping build that six-pack you’ve been yearning for! Join us for a challenge that is sure to result in the washboard you’ve been dreaming about.

Body Sculpting
If you’re looking to shape and tone without building bulk, Body Sculpting is for you! This class focuses on strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Whether you’re on a weight loss program or just desire to ‘keep it tight,’ you can benefit from Body Sculpting because it helps to retain muscle while boosting metabolism.

Boot Camp Circuit Clusters
Body fat beware! Boot Camp is the perfect one-hour workout where you will exercise your entire muscular structure. Participants sweat through 20 different stations exercising quads, chest, lower back, biceps, triceps, abdominals and more. This intense class is sure to put you on the track to blasting that unwanted body fat.

Cardio Mix
This is our newest class offered by the ministry…derived from a need to cater to those who could not do the Matrix, this class fills that void… set at a much lower pace than the Matrix, the Cardio Mix class is ideal for those trying to - get there!! With a mixture of calisthenics, step, exercise ball, boot camp and good measure, this class is tailor made for all ages.

Cardio Theatre
Our Cardio Theatre contains everything you need to get your heart and lungs pumping! From exercise bikes and ellipticals to rowing machines and even jump ropes, you’ll find that we are well equipped to help you improve heart function, reduce the risk of heart disease and increase muscle mass.

Dynamic Matrix
WARNING: Not for the faint of heart! Dynamic Matrix is the ultimate in cardio training with a customized one-hour session of pure will power. Combining football drills and intense heart-pumping exercises, this class has been dubbed ‘No Joke!’ Good for increasing agility, improving balance and developing endurance, come prepared for the challenge.

Exercise Ball
It might surprise you that exercising with a ball is one of the most effective ways of targeting your core muscles. As your body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, you engage more muscles than a stationary machine resulting in a well-rounded workout. So if you’re interested in improving your posture, working on those abdominal muscles and blasting that dreaded ‘back fat,’ this is the class for you. We’ll even provide the Exercise Ball!

Indoor Walking Club
If the gym scene intimidates you, don’t fret, we have an Indoor Walking Club. Walking is safe and easy and doesn’t require learning complicated movements or waiting for your favorite machine. Our self-paced club is a great way to trim your waistline, reduce bad and improve good cholesterol, lower blood pressure, manage your weight and improve your mood. It’s also a great way to meet folks!

Kickboxing
Kick stress right out of your life with this high intensity cardio, fat-burning class! With origins in Karate, Kickboxing involves controlled kicking and punching movements. Join us for this class to improve heart health, promote weight loss/toning and increased flexibility.

Martial Arts/Self Defense
The benefits of Martial Arts/Self-Defense as an exercise are numerous. From reducing stress, relieving anxiety and improving flexibility and balance to increasing endurance and building strength, Martial Arts movements like slow-motion kicking, squat kicking and speed punching are sure to ‘whip’ you into shape!

Open Weights
We offer a fully equipped weight room with state-of-the-art equipment designed to help you tone muscles, increase flexibility, improve appearance and promote weight management. Included in your daily fitness fee are trainers, available to assist you in meeting your fitness goals and ensuring safe and effective use of the machines.

Step Class
You can expect tons of variety and excitement in our aerobic classes! We do low and high impact step classes and depending on your instructor, you might get a taste of one of our specialty classes. Aerobic activity is proven to help keep excess pounds away, increase your stamina, boost your immune system and more. Join us for motivating music, energetic instructors and simple but challenging moves to help you stay healthy and fit.

Zumba
Millions are doing it . . . now it’s time for you to join the party that’s rocking the nation! Zumba is the ultimate dance workout incorporating rhythmic Latin beats with easy-to-follow, calorie-burning moves that are sure to get you in shape while having a blast.
