Family Reunion Picnic

Join us for a fun-filled day of fellowship, food, games, and celebration as we gather for the OCBF 50th Church Anniversary Family Reunion Picnic! This special event is open to our entire church family, invited guests, and friends of the ministry.
Whether you come ready to compete, relax, laugh, eat, or simply spend time with family and friends, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
What to Expect
Get ready for a full day of family-friendly fun and entertainment, including:
- Sand volleyball, basketball, and kickball
- Ping pong, foosball, giant Jenga, and Connect4
- Carnival games and prizes
- Live DJ with music and interactive games
- Amazin’ Maze and Family Fun Time sessions
- Tractor wagon rides
- Laser tag and Zorb (human hamster ball)
- Inflatable obstacle course and giant slide
Kids Activities
Children will enjoy a variety of exciting activities designed just for them, including:
- Bounce houses and combo inflatables
- Petting zoo
- Pony rides (with parent/guardian present)
- Face painting and balloon artists
- Carnival games with prizes
- Creative Kids Corner experiences
This is not a drop-off event. Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Food & Refreshments
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Unlimited Sno-Cones & Popcorn
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Soft Drinks, Iced Tea & Lemonade (inside the Pavilion)
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM | BBQ Lunch is served in the Pavilion
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Assorted cakes for dessert
Enjoy a classic BBQ picnic meal featuring:
- BBQ favorites, including BBQ chicken
- Traditional picnic sides
- Assorted cakes for dessert
- Unlimited sno-cones and popcorn
- Hotdogs for smaller children
Vegetarian and vegan meal options are also available during registration.
Please note: outside food is not permitted.
Activities
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Visit our talented face painters and balloon artists
- Get that energy out on the Lawn: bounce houses, obstacle course, Zorb hampster balls, giant slide, laser tag, and gaming truck
- Scurry over and get some love from our furry friends at the petting zoo
- Kids: test your luck at the fun-filled carnival games for a chance to win a prize!
- It’s Ranch Time—preschool & elementary kids, mosey down the hill for pony rides (with parent/guardian present; Wrangler discretion for guest/horse experience)
- Test your skills at our Amazin’ Maze on the lower lawn by Camp Circle R
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Catch the vibe and jam with tunes from the DJ
- Kids Corner: activities near the patio for our small guests (bubble garden, tic-tac-toe, chalkboard art, coloring)
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Hop on our tractor wagon for a rollin’ good time
12:30 PM & 2:30 PM | Family fun time on the West Lawn for all ages
4:00 PM | Guests Depart the Circle R Ranch
Transportation
Bus transportation from OCBF will be available with limited seating.
If transportation is needed, please select the bus option during registration to receive additional schedule and pickup information.
What to Bring
We encourage guests to bring:
- Lawn chairs or picnic blankets
- Sunscreen and hats
- Outdoor games or sports equipment
- A joyful spirit and an appetite!
Dress comfortably for warm outdoor weather with breathable clothing and comfortable shoes.
Rules of the Ranch
- Bringing alcoholic beverages on Ranch is prohibited.
- Pets, privately owned horses & other animals, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades are not allowed on the Ranch.
- Under no circumstances may food be removed from the premises of Circle R Ranch.

This is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of dangerous weather conditions, updates will be communicated through email and church announcements.
