Department: Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship (OCBF)
Execute necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, VAVs, FPB, HVAC controls, and related plumbing, electrical, heating, and refrigeration.

- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Repair and maintain chilled water plant
- Use the HVAC building management system (BMS) to control HVAC equipment.

Work Order Management System — Enter all repair and maintenance requests into the work order management system and maintain daily hours/workload within the system.
Qualifications
Advanced certifications and proven experience of seven years or more servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Requires a minimum of five years of on-the-job training.
Other Skills
Computers, tablets, and essential diagnostic tools and equipment are used in the repair and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
