Provide proper care and nurturing to children during church services and special events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned)
- Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities.
- Read to children, and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, Bible stories, and songs.
- Organize and participate in recreational activities, such as games.
- Assist in preparing food for children and serve meals and refreshments to children and regulate rest periods.
- Organize and store toys and other materials to ensure order in activity areas.
- Sanitize toys and play equipment.
- Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas.
- Dress children and change diapers.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and changing of linens.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years related experience and/or training. Must complete Christian Education Orientation and Core classes and pass security clearance.
Licenses & Certifications
Must be CPR and First Aid certified
