Free at Last Support Groups
The Counseling & Support Groups of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship are united under one umbrella, now called the Free At Last Support Groups. Every Monday we will meet as one family beginning with praise and worship, testimonies, and specialized breakout sessions. We are here to provide an environment that fosters growth through unity and support, so no one has to struggle alone.
Each group is designed to encourage, equip, and enable participants to become healthy and productive believers in Christ. The classes offered are interactive and structured with each individual's needs in mind.
Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship will not use or share your personal information with any third party outside of the relationship entered into between OCBF and the individual. Your information is kept confidential.
Please register here for the group in which you are interested. Free At Last is held Monday nights 6:53 – 9:30 p.m. in the Worship Center - Choir Room. The cost is $25.00.

FREE FROM CHEMICAL ADDICTIONS (Co-Ed Groups)
This support group offers hope and healing as it examines why people become chemically dependent, the stages of addiction, and how to depend on God for recovery and restoration.

FREE FROM SEXUAL STRONGHOLDS (Male Group Only)
This support group aims to provide biblical principles to master impulses that - if left to themselves - can prove to be very destructive. We will provide an accountability system that fosters change and will provide practical steps to addressing the root cause of the desires.

FREE FROM WEIGHT GAIN (Co-Ed Groups)
This support group is set to empower believers in pursuing a healthy temple through a Christ-centered approach to wellness. Participants are introduced to sound nutrition, exercise guidelines and tips for learning how to eat to live versus living to eat.

FREE FROM SEXUAL IDENTITY STRONGHOLDS (Co-Ed Groups)
Confused? Ashamed? Isolated? This support group will provide a safe place to address same sex attraction. This support group will help you establish your own walk of faith in a new life of freedom beyond homosexuality through positive changes.

FREE FROM FINANCIAL STRONGHOLDS – How to be financially free!
This support group will provide biblical principles for managing your money. Whether you are trying to escape the clutches of debt or diligently planning for the future, this support group will provide the foundation you will need for spending, saving, earning, debt management and other relevant topics. Pack your financial bags to start the journey to true financial freedom and get ready to be set free!

Freedom From Emotional Strongholds
FREE FROM ANGER ISSUES (Co-Ed Groups)
The purpose of this support group is to help those struggling with anger to control their emotions by providing a community in which to discuss and apply the spirit of self-control. Participants learn how to respond appropriately rather than react inappropriately to their circumstances.

FREE TO FORGIVE (Co-Ed Groups)
Experience release from the emotional prison of unforgiveness with this support group. The interactive sessions will educate and encourage each person to realize the healing brought about by offering forgiveness without strings attached.

FREE FROM DESTRUCTIVE THOUGHTS (Co-Ed Groups)
This practical group is designed to help one address the negative thoughts of low self-esteem, anger, unforgiveness, fear, impatience, depression and poverty by replacing destructive thoughts with God thoughts.

This group focuses on Teens who are casualties of divorce and will help participants learn how to cope and heal from their parents’ divorce.

This support group is designed to build self-worth on the love, acceptance and forgiveness of Jesus Christ and not on the acceptance and approval of others.

This support group will help you work through patterns developed from childhood which fosters one to be drawn into relationships that can be unhealthy due to one being overly dependent on each other.

FREE FROM MARRIAGE STRONGHOLDS (Married Group Only)
Unconditional love is eagerly promised at weddings, but rarely practiced in real life. As a result, romantic hopes are often replaced with disappointment in the home. But it doesn’t have to be that way. This group will help you learn how to understand and practice unconditional love.

This group will address setting healthy boundaries with parents, spouses, children, friends, co-workers, and even yourself by drawing on God’s wisdom.

FREE FROM BEING AN UNSATISFIED SINGLE
This group will help single men and women understand God’s expectation of the Christian single as well as discover that God’s plan is NOW for them to experience significance and purpose in Him and connection with the body of Christ.

FREE FROM SEXUAL ABUSE (Female Group Only)
This support group is for women who are survivors of sexual abuse and who desire to experience deliverance. It will empower women to realize that they are more than conquerors through Christ rather than victims of their past.

Free From Grief And Loss
FREE FROM GRIEF (Co-Ed Groups)
This support group is for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The interactive sessions will educate and encourage each person through the grieving process to recovery.

FREE FROM THE LOSSES OF DIVORCE (Co-Ed Groups)
The purpose of this support group is to help people recover from the pain of separation and divorce. This group provides an accepting, loving environment for women and men in the transition of divorce.

*FREE FROM ABORTION LOSS (Female Group Only)
This support group is a biblically based study/counseling program that provides a safe place of love and acceptance and focuses on Christ's forgiveness and healing from post-abortion grief.

* Please register early as this class tends to fill up. There will be preparation materials that will need to be completed two weeks prior to the class. You will be contacted by the facilitator for further information.

We understand the high sensitivity and need for personal touch coupled with confidentiality for this particular group. Due to this fact, space is limited and pre-registration and screening are required to participate. It is our goal to ensure readiness and availability for you to complete the group. If you feel that you are not ready for a group but would like to begin the healing process, please contact the Counseling Ministry directly.
Additional Support
Freedom Through Organ Transplantation: Twice Blessed
This support group is for those who have experienced the loss of a vital organ to life. The support group will educate and encourage each person as they progress through the process of being listed on the national waiting list, for those who are transplanted and those whose circumstances will not allow for a transplant.
Free from Emotional Loss: Women of Courage (Female Group Only)
Women of Courage is specifically designed to address the needs of widows by offering emotional, social and spiritual support. Our services include small group discussion, bible studies, social activities and mentoring. Members select activities to support their recovery and determine their level of participation. This group is continuous and open to membership at any time.
