The Turn Around Agenda (formerly Project Turn•Around) Back 2 School Rally hosts thousands of young people, grades 7-12, each year for a night of entertainment, music and straight talk about issues affecting youth today.

In September 2009, the Back 2 School Rally was back again with the theme: Got My School Swag On, Get Like Me. Each year Project Turn•Around and Kirk Franklin challenges students to be sexually abstinent, to stay in school, and to practice a drug, alcohol and gang-free lifestyle.

Over the course of the last few years, a drumline competition has been added to the rally to encourage students to be active in their schools. During the rally, guest artists and speakers use music, the spoken word and drama to convey the aforementioned principles.  Kirk's message is real, relevant and deeply rooted in biblical principles and inspires young people to excel at home, school and in the community.
