Job Summary:  Oversee the administrative operation of the Associate Pastor’s office.

Job Functions:

• Keep official Corporation records and execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials.
• Manage supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
• Screen incoming calls, responding and disseminating them appropriately.
• Prepare memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitors compliance.
• Arrange programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
• Direct preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.
• Act as custodian of corporate documents and records.
• Take and transcribe dictation, and compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
• Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files.
• Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies supervisor when requested.
• Screen and respond to correspondence and emails received in the Associate Pastor’s office.
• Interface with the Executive Team and affiliate entities as needed.
• Proof and edits materials as needed.
• Represent the Associate Pastor as requested.
• Interface with the membership, staff and public as needed.
• Provide complex office administrative support in the areas of procurement, research, and report preparation. 

Education and/or Experience: 

Equivalent to completion of two years of college-level coursework in business or a field related to the work and three years of office administrative, supervisory or lead experience in the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.

Job Summary: Provide proper care and nurturing to babies through sixth graders for Mother's Day Out, evening hours during the week, Saturday, Sunday afternoons, church services and special events.

• Come prepared with lesson plans and care for the day.  Time should be well planned and structured to meet the needs of the children being served.
• Shares in cooperative planning and evaluation of each child within care.
• Responsible for safety and health needs at all times.
• Flexibility and initiative for the ministry needs and other duties as needed.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent; one to two years related experience and/or training.  Must complete Christian Education Orientation and Core classes and pass security clearance.

Job Summary: In consultation with the Associate Pastor of Worship, oversee the operation and establish the goals and programs of the areas in Liturgical Services.

Job Functions

• Provide direction for the various committees; Ushers, Ambassadors, Hospitality, Prayer, and Deaf Ministry.
• Conduct monthly ministry meetings of all volunteers, providing Bible study and instruction.
• Assist committee leaders in developing policies and methods.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree or three years related experience. The successful candidate must possess the ability to manage established ministries with mature leadership.

• Maintain order in classroom and on playground.
• Counsel students when adjustment and academic problems arise.
• Complete Christian philosophy of education in service.
• Discuss pupils' academic and behavioral attitudes and achievements with parents.
• Keep attendance and grade records as required by school.
• Keep students, parents and the administration adequately informed of progress and deficiencies.

Education and/or Experience                                             

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in teaching specified discipline.

Job Summary: Responsible for the general supervision and management of a class of preschool children, ages 18 months to 4 years-old. Provide a supportive and caring environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement appropriate early childhood education experiences with a variety of materials in the fields of art, music, literature, science, etc.
• Supervise and promote activities designed to enhance the healthy emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development of each child.
• Work with parents to promote understanding of their child's growth and development; encourage parent participation in school programs; attend parent group and Pre-School functions; conduct conferences on request.
• Participate in recommended training programs, conferences, courses, and other aspects of professional growth, maintaining current knowledge of early childhood practice.
• Supervise all activities to ensure safety at all times.
• Follow the Matthew 18 principle in dealing with students, parents, staff and administration.

Education and/or Experience:     

Associates degree or above in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or equivalent; CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential with at least one year of experience working in a regulated child care/preschool facility. CPR, First Aid Certified is also required.

Summary:  Perform any combination of following instructional tasks in the classroom to assist teachers with providing a caring and supportive environment to children 18 months to 4 years-old.

• Assist teachers with curriculum planning, supervision, and teaching of children in a classroom setting.
• Plan, prepare, and/or develop various teaching aides for use in the classroom, including activity sheets, drawings, and handouts.
• Provide a safe and stimulating educational environment.
• Present subject matter to children, under the guidance of a teacher, utilizing a variety of methods including stories, discussions, and role-playing.
• Lead classroom activities in the absence of the teacher.
• Assist children individually or in groups, with lesson assignments to present or reinforce learning concepts.

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience and/or training in working with children ages 18 months to 4 years-old.

Job Summary: Provide health care services to students of Fellowship Christian Academy.

Job Functions

• Provide first-aid, and maintains health records of students.
• Provide emergency aid to students and school staff.
• Participate in medical examinations and review findings to evaluate health status of students and progress of program.
• Administer prescription and non-prescription medication.
• Plan school health program in cooperation with medical authority and administrative school personnel.
• Cooperate with school personnel in identifying and meeting social, emotional, and physical needs of school children.
• Administer mandated screening such as vision, hearing, spinal, and acanthosis nigrican.
• Assist teachers in instructing students in health and nutrition education.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree and must be a registered nurse with three to five years experience. CPR training and Hearing and Vision Screening Certification is also required. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of school health policies and state guidelines.

• Implement strategies, activities, and techniques for promoting quality student performance in both academic and social behavior.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Texas Teacher’s Certification is preferred. The successful candidate will have the capability to teach in all subject areas and possess the ability to use behavior modification strategies.
