Job Summary: Oversee the administrative operation of the Associate Pastor’s office.
Job Functions:
- Keep official Corporation records and execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials.
- Manage supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
- Screen incoming calls, responding and disseminating them appropriately.
- Prepare memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitors compliance.
- Arrange programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
- Direct preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.

Job Summary: Responsible for the general supervision and management of a class of preschool children, ages 18 months to 4 years-old. Provide a supportive and caring environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement appropriate early childhood education experiences with a variety of materials in the fields of art, music, literature, science, etc.
- Supervise and promote activities designed to enhance the healthy emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development of each child.
- Work with parents to promote understanding of their child's growth and development; encourage parent participation in school programs; attend parent group and Pre-School functions; conduct conferences on request.
- Participate in recommended training programs, conferences, courses, and other aspects of professional growth, maintaining current knowledge of early childhood practice.
- Supervise all activities to ensure safety at all times.
- Follow the Matthew 18 principle in dealing with students, parents, staff and administration.
Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree or above in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or equivalent; CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential with at least one year of experience working in a regulated child care/preschool facility. CPR, First Aid Certified is also required.

Job Summary: Provide health care services to students of Fellowship Christian Academy.
Job Functions
- Provide first-aid, and maintains health records of students.
- Provide emergency aid to students and school staff.
- Participate in medical examinations and review findings to evaluate health status of students and progress of program.
- Administer prescription and non-prescription medication.
- Plan school health program in cooperation with medical authority and administrative school personnel.
- Cooperate with school personnel in identifying and meeting social, emotional, and physical needs of school children.
- Administer mandated screening such as vision, hearing, spinal, and acanthosis nigrican.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and must be a registered nurse with three to five years experience. CPR training and Hearing and Vision Screening Certification is also required. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of school health policies and state guidelines.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Texas Teacher’s Certification is preferred. The successful candidate will have the capability to teach in all subject areas and possess the ability to use behavior modification strategies.
