We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the LORD, and His might, and the wonders that He has done. He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which He commanded our fathers to teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children, so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments… - Psalm 78:4-7
|Partnership with Parents:
And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. - Deut 6: 6-7
While it is the parent’s main priority for the spiritual growth of their children, as a ministry we realize there is a spiritual battle for their children’s soul and we exist to empower and support parents by providing deep biblical teaching to foster a love for God’s word in their children.
God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth - John 4:2
Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him and praise His name! For the LORD is good; and His steadfast love endures forever, and His faithfulness to all generations. - Psalm 100:4-5
We realize that kids have the capacity to worship God in big ways. We exist to provide an environment where every kid has an opportunity to encounter the presence of God through heart-felt worship; inviting the Spirit to move in their lives.
And He said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. - Matthew 22: 37
We believe children have the ability to learn, understand, and apply the truths of God’s Word. We understand that conversion and transformation is the work of the Holy Spirit and we exist to stir a desire in the hearts of our children to want to know and appreciate the value of God’s Word and how a relationship with Jesus can transform their lives.
Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. - Philippians 2:3-4
We value the time spent with the children that come through our doors and it is our mission to model and teach intentional relationship building. We realize that as a body of believers we exist to bless others simply because we have been blessed; and it is through the operation of this unit that the body of Christ is edified and renewed. The children that come through our doors are encouraged to participate in the following: communion (if baptized believers), offering, and prayer for one another. They will also be prayed over individually and collectively.
